I ordered and received a stretch tent from this company Unbelievable is the most appropriate word I can come up with to describe how this was handled - by Neil and his organization Along with perhaps - Prompt, courteous and Extraordinary There were some challenges with delivery which would have been very disconcerting except for the support brought. Neil requested the documentation and handled everything. In fact I even received a prompt refund for an inappropriate charge (made by the delivery company).
