The instructor is very welcoming and knowledgeable person in the Japanese martial art of Aikido. The people that train in the dojo are very welcoming and helpful during training sessions. I highly recommend trying a couple of sessions to get a better understanding of the martial art and the feeling of comfort. You won't regret.
