The guy at the front desk is not very nice. Then he doesn't tell me that the measurement of wood is actually a half inch shorter so i spent 50 bucks to do this project and it won't fit right and they won't fix it or refund me. Definitely won't be coming back here again! Husband went in to talk to them and they were extremely rude to him and won't do anything.
My wife ordered wood on Monday and then started doing her project on Tuesday and on the invoice that STATS the wood as 1" x 4" is actually 3/4" x 3 1/2" and so her wood was 1 inch off. So I went in on Tuesday at 12:50 to get a return and the "manager" told me he wouldn't do anything. I asked him if my wife looks like a contractor and he says no. So how is she supposed to know that 1" x 4" is actually a half inch shorter? I told him I will be writing a complaint to the BBB and he said he doesn't care. He said take your complaint where they cut the wood and ask why they don't cut it 1" x 4". He said he has never had a complaint from the contractors and I asked him again do we look like contractors and he says no, I was wearing my mechanic uniform. I ask for the manager and he says he is the manager. He was very rude to me the "manager".
