Had to stop in to buy a few items, one of which was not in stock, Jesse was kind enough to help me over the phone so when I arrived the helpful cashier and Jesse were super quick to take care of my order. Excellent customer service!! The store had so many quality items that I would normally gamble on at other tool shops, excellent prices and service will have me going back to Northern Tool! Rick (Sales) was extremely helpful. Checked all item availability. Set up for Curb Pick Up. I ordered on-line and am waiting for my confirmation email for pick-up. Service up front is 5 star.
Good selection on a number of tools and accessories. Prices are good. Staff was very friendly and cordial. Place is well stocked and have some items I have never seen before I will be shopping there again in the future.
