Checking out takes longer than usual, especially when when a customer has a warranty issue or is purchasing an extended warranty, a separate counter would better for these transactions. Generally speaking the cashier and staff are very helpful in locating merchandise or answering questions.

Lots of \I wants in there\ bought a tip cart for cleaning the horse stalls. Good price and built pretty well. Took about 30 mins to assemble with a 13mm socket, ratchet and a 24mm wrench for the pivot.
This is a very friendly company I went to but tools for my dad. The sales team was helpful. But a cashier named Jackie knows how to do her job right. She was very polite and friendly. She helped me save on my purchase I’m very satisfied.
Almost always find just the right tool, equipment or paraphernalia at Northern Tool & Equipment, at a modest price. The reason for four stars regards the current pandemic. Virtually every single time I've visited this location (half a dozen times) since March, there were people crowding the store and not wearing masks. Today, even though the State of Texas has determined everyone must mask inside of stores, restaurants and service establishments, there were unmasked customers. The problem goes beyond the customers, it is with the management of this store: they are failing to enforce a mandated health policy.
