Ordered a transom saver for my boat through Amazon. It arrived in only a few days but was missing a couple of parts. I receive a paper in the box that gave an email address to contact if there were missing parts. I sent the email and received the parts in the mail 3 business days later - no questions asked. What a great company and great customer service!!!!!
