Overpriced and rude customer service. They charge an outrageous and unaffordable 90 \trip\ fee on top of the labor and parts and they also charge a statement processing fee. Instead of a 120 bill I ended up with one over 236! Next time I will contact a local plumber and save money and get better customer service. I just wanted to follow up on my original comment as a reply was given by the owner and I sent a direct email to him but I have not heard a response since. Just an FYI to all of you out there.

I am updating about my previous review. The owner was quick to reply to my comment and left contact information to reach out to hopefully come up with a reasonable resolution and it's been 6 days since I sent him an email but no one has responded yet. No follow through at all, poor customer service.
