When a school has to shut down because the 50 year old cast iron pipe has failed and it is buried in a concrete slab, what can be done? Rowell's Services pipe lining solution was nothing short of a miracle. The team assessed, planed, and evaluated our entire line. They cleaned, video taped and took the time to explain each step of the process of how they basically install a pipe within a pipe. Professional, problem solvers, great teamwork along with cutting edge technology created a solution that got our school up and running. I am happy to be a reference for anyone considering this service from Rowell's.

I was a bit weary about using big service company to take care of my plumbing needs. In the past with other companies I had been way overcharged. I tried to make arrangements with smaller plumbing companies, but they were either too busy, or didn't respond at all. I contacted Rowell's online and talked to someone over text. 2 weeks later (on a day that was agreed on) a pair of plumbers showed up and finished the job quickly. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got the bill at the end of the job. The price was very fair and the work was good.

This is the 1st time we have used Rowell's service. Best decision we ever made. We had a cleaning service on our heating system, and filter change on our tank. Mike was super polite, & came with a mask on which is very important to us, being seniors. Wonderful personality & also brought a treat for our dog! How wonderful!
