Not my first Trailer but it's my first from Trailer Depot and the People were friendly and helpful and they made the buying experience easy even during this crazy Covid19 pandemic. Good price, outfitted the way I wanted, ready when they said it would be, registered and all. Truly a turn key purchase. Thank you Mike, Cody, Kelli and the Trailer Depot Staff.

Buying experience was ok, but trailers ramps never shut right, the hub covers were smashed in like they beat them on with a hammer with grease all over the wheels (and probably filled up the brake drum as well). Was supposed to be all set to go and inspected when I got there and it wasn’t. a tech came out and hit the lug nuts with an impact and said good to go.

Awesome place. Straightforward no nonsense establishment. Came to an agreement over the phone, set up delivery for saturday morning. In and out painless process. Excellent customer service all around. Big thanks as well to the gentleman who prepped and hooked us up in the yard.
