Always have good service here. Every now and again you get more than what you asked for but that’s what will happen when you have a loader trying to fill a bed or dump trailer, nature of the business. Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing. My wife and I finished our new home’s side yard with Pioneer’s materials (base soil, decomposed granite, river rocks, artificial turf and infill) and their customer service was excellent and their prices were better than all others we’d compared them to. Would absolutely recommend Pioneer, as well as their great staff (Larry, Tony and all of the other office staff and friendly delivery truck drivers).

We needed planters mix and small rock. My husband is a mathematician and asked how they figure out what is needed per square foot. They said they don’t figure it that way and just asked for the dimensions which he provided. We received and paid for TWICE the amount we actually needed. When he contacted their customer service line, we were told they would pick it up at 300.00 per hour!!! Needless to say, we will never use Pioneer again and have started purchasing from Colorado Materials in Longmont. At least we get what is neded from them!!

Bought some flagstone from there on 3 different occasions and it seemed like the manager who had helped me on the third occasion charged me way more then the other 2 times. I doubt i'll go back. The scale ticket showed my truck weighing way more than the previous 2 times. over 300 pounds difference.
