Terrific experience! I was in a jam with the printer in my office, and I searched online for a place that could find me the part I needed. When the person who answered the phone (at the end of a business day) couldn't find the information we needed she had a tech call me first thing the next morning. He patiently walked me through fixing the machine, and saved me from buying an expensive and unnecessary part. They have my business from here on out. Why would anyone go to staples when there is a business with an awesome support team to go along with quality products? I would highly recommend checking them out.
