All the staff is super nice, from start to finish! Everyone was so helpful, it made being a first time donor so easy and comfortable. A really nice relaxing atmosphere, because you can tell everyone is happy to be there.

Ive been coming here for quite some time now. I am in very good physical shape. Drink lots of water and I eat very healthy. I always had a great experience when I donate. Either Sandy or Angelina are the only 2 staff members who know how to stick and make your donation experience smooth and fast. I salute them both! I noticed when they are not there the place is a mess. Staff is rude and impatient. with all this being said. my right arm is done for due to people just ramming a needle in your arm pulling it out and putting it back in. I wasted about 2 hours my last donation. only to suffer severe pain. I didnt even get paid for my time, pain and half the plasma I donated. Thank you for ruining my vein I will never come back again!!!!!!!
The staff wasn't necessarily impolite they politely ignored me as i sat for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to stick me and i witnessed at least two people who was seated after me get stuck now she explained that one was a new donor.............. I don't know how that works exactly. That's my only hangup. Other wise its a pleasant environment
had a good experience so far physically but they don’t have as good of personal and customer service friendly demeaner as biolife. Your not a name here, your a number, except lady at front remembered my name, but no one else cares. Supervisor walked right past me with his new lunch didn't say welcome to octopharm... Biolife is superb with that custoer service. Bathroom too dirty too.... I’m coming here though due to better pay and antibodies bonus. If this company cared, I'd see a response and change in service when go back. Hope it gets better for long term customership as there is competition out there! Update: made friends, workers getting nicer.
Came here they destroyed both of my arms. Had to miss work the next day due to severe bruising. On top of that they didnt even pay me. Never coming here again!!!!!!
