It’s been 4 days since the power went out in our apartment due to freezing temperatures and yet neither me or any of my roommates have gotten any emails from Northpoint regarding when the power will come back on or why it’s been out completely, rather than rolling. Yet during usual days, they’re more than happy to email us about their rewards system and not to put flags on the balconies. I guess those little things are just more important to them. Long story short, my apartment has been 42 degrees for the past days and I haven’t heard a word from management about when it will be fixed. Definitely signing elsewhere next year and would advise everyone else to do the same.

It’s my first semester living here and honestly had a good experience so far. The maintenance is really quick!! Ashely Fillippa has been very helpful from day one. The apartments are really nice and very close to campus. Resigned my lease for next year :)

They have amazing staff! Everyone is so helpful all the time. I love everything about the property from the several gym rooms they have to offer to the study rooms to the pools and great resident events that are held despite the pandemic. Everything is made grab and go. My apartment is perfect, its an open layout and has a walk in closet!
