I called, left message with Jacob to ask for residental survey estimate. He returned my call which is almost unheard of in this business I am learning. He told me they do not do residential surveys, and provided me with 3 local companies that DO provide residential surveys. For that customer service alone and his pleasantness and LACK OF tone of condescension that men seem to have, I am giving them all the stars. If I ever am speaking to my broker, realtor, or finance friends, I am dropping this companies name. For whatever my word is worth, my friends and coworkers know I am brutally honest. Integrity is everything to your personal character and your business.
