My son and I went here for COVID-19 testing. Doctor and staff were friendly and patient. I couldn’t believe how fast I was able to be tested and the results came the next morning. We have been here 3 times and every time we have received excellent care! Thank you Valley Urgent Care. This is a difficult time and it’s nice feel safe and cared for.

I had a great experience with Valley Urgent Care. Called for the COVID test and they sent me an appointment form to fill out. After submitting the form they called me and gave me a same day appointment. I drove into their parking lot which is accessible from the alley and called to let them know i was there. They told me to wait in the car. One of their staff came out and executed the nasal test while I was in the car. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the lady who took the test were really kind and caring and the whole experience was truly effortless and pleasant. I'd like to thank every person working at this center for providing us with such excellent service in these difficult times.

The staff are very friendly and patient. The doctors are even better. They listen to you and explain your situation very well. Unlike other doctors, their physicians make sure you don't have any other questions before you leave. The wait time is surprisingly short, and the environment is clean. In one sentence, they are the best!
