This Credit Union is amazing! Where should I start? From the personal service to the ease of banking. We have been with this credit union for over 14 years now and they have been fantastic to work with. We have used them for auto, home, RV, and personal loans and have yet to have a problem. Our money is always right on the penny! Unlike some of the \banks\ that always loose your money and you can never reconcile your accounts, this credit union is outstanding. Out of all the financial institutions out there, NGFCU is one I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work NGFCU!

Will not give out cash to non members of other credit unions because of Covid. I always got cash from them before. They give cash to members, but not non members. This is unacceptable conduct.

I have utilized Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union, in 3 states, for 25 years now. I have never had a problem with this outstanding credit union. Personnel staff and services have never been anything less than exceptional.

This bank is horrible! You can’t pay online, you can’t pay over the phone, you HAVE to go to the bank. I think this is the only bank that is this outdated with technology. They also have horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time! There are other credit unions that are far better then this one!!
