We literally love every doctor and PA here! Everyone is so organized and everything is clean. Great that they offer same day sick appointments as well as being open on Saturdays! Dr. Goodloe is amazing and the nurse Debbie is so experienced and knowledgeable every time I’ve had to call for consultation.

My son saw Dr. Sally Marcus today and her bedside manner was very rude. As soon as she walked in the door she was in a hurry and kept cutting me off and then rudely said “Sorry I don’t mean to be rude but I have other patients I have to tend to which is why I’m trying to hurry.” I’m sorry but when you take your child to the doctor I didn’t realize there was a time limit? Also cutting off the parents while they express their concerns is very unprofessional. She made me feel as if she was just rushing through and didn’t really care about anything I was saying because I was taking too long and she had to move onto the next patient. So for those of you wanting to come to this practice I suggest asking for a different provider otherwise you’ll be on a time limit and your child won’t be thoroughly looked over.
Wonderful pediatrician. I ended up at the office from a recommendation from a friend who had previously worked at a hospital with one of their doctors. He has since retired, but I have seen over 6 of their other physicians and have never been disappointed. We have been using Northside Peds for over 7 years now and like them so much that we drive over 45 minutes to get there. The office is very nice, with a separate sick and well waiting (even a separate partition for newborns), the employees at the reception desk are always friendly, appointments start promptly after you are checked in, and the doctors always make sure your questions and concerns are covered before they leave. The lab staff are even great with kids that are not always eager to have bloodwork and other lab procedures done. We see Dr. Goodloe as our regular physician and I was blown away the first time she called me to check in a few days after we had seen her for a sick appointment. Come to find out, checking in on her patients is something she does regularly. Just as a note, I don’t typically leave reviews because I have 3 kids and have to use my time wisely, but this place deserves to be recognized.
Northside Pediatrics staff is phenomenal! Our family has been at NP for over 20 years with 2 kids who have complex medical issues. We have been lucky enough to have worked with almost everyone and they are one in a million. The knowledge, professionalism, compassion, and true understanding of kids, from infants to adults, has been invaluable. NP has been great referring and working with our kids other specialists and has been a \gatekeeper\ on this complex medical journey. It is such a relief to know they are a phone call away (even in the middle of the night). My kids highly respect and trust the staff (as do we). Especially when they are teenagers, the bond and trust with their doctor is critical to keep lines of communication open. On several occasions, our visit ended up being an emergency situation. I was forever grateful that they took the time needed to get my child stabilized. I felt bad for the folks in the waiting room who were waiting to be seen, but was thankful in an urgent situation, they took the time needed to keep my kids safe. When dealing with kids, things unexpectedly happen and I think they do a phenomenal job taking care of and keeping my kids safe. We highly recommend Northside Pedicatrics! Their care has been phenomenal and are a wealth of knowledge, resources, and support! We love you all are truly appreciate all of you! Debbie Parsons
My kids are second generation patients of Northside Pediatrics. The staff at both locations are so friendly and very professional. It’s easy to get an appointment and the doctors really listen to both the patients and the parents to develop a treatment plan for your child. I drive an hour each way just to take my children to this practice. As long as we live in Metro Atlanta, we will be using Northside Pediatrics!
