Extremely unprofessional!!! I had a driver loading at this warehouse. The driver went in with a perfectly fine trailer! Upon loading the forklift guy broke into the floor and they continued to load my driver. We asked for them to repair the trailer and the manager said it is our fault for having weak floors. If my trailer had weak flooring no forklift should even maneuver inside the trailer much less load any product. Not to mention, my trailer was offloaded at a nearby location and previous warehouses had not complained about this unit. This is absurd!! Very unprofessional and unfair!

4 year warranty is fake. Had 2, 3 year old batteries and both would not maintain charge. Warrantied 1 and and not the other because it would not maintain 10V claiming it was neglected. Take your 400 elsewhere
Bought two batteries for my dodge 3500. Both worked great till they sat and died. They wont come back so for the extra expense they are as good as any other battery. Gave you guys an extra star for brass terminals. By the way they are less than two years old right now and dealer says they are at 120%. They are both 11.7 volts. Well I added a star because they did warranty them but I am still waiting for replacements after many months. I don't think it is possible to add another ever at this point.

Horrible Company To Work For, I Was Fired Because Apparently My Productivity Was To High, Then Laughed At, And Mocked. Its A Well Known Fact, That If Management Is Allowed To Treat People Like This, And Hr Is Allowed To Mock Certain Individuals That They Have No Clue Of, It Just Tells Me Alot About Senior Management. If A Organization Is Allowed To Misuse Other Human Beings, Then Be Accredited With Global Ties, This Is A Serious Issue That I Will Address.... #Jesus I Will Contact The Owners The Swedish Group Of People Who Ever They Are If They Even Exist, You Shouldn't Let Anyone Run Your Company...!
