Wonderful facility - very clean, very relaxing, and Amy will tell you everything you need to know about the services. The float sessions are amazingly calming, and putting yourself in a place to float for an hour in a warm, restful, quiet, calm hour is nothing but restorative and WONDERFUL. When you come out, you can't help but notice how good it is to just "be" in silence - no noise, no light. Not to mention that you will sleep like a baby (the night of your float). It definitely does a mind good! Thanks Amy for putting this wonderful practice so close to home!

Amazing float experience. I've never done this before, so took my autistic son hoping it would be a relaxing experience for him and was amazed he could be still for an hour - he LOVED it so much (so did I) I got him the 10x for Christmas! Especially great they are open til 10pm, after rough or stressful day - what a way to unwind before bedtime!!! Highly recommend!
