Have had a working relationship with Jackie’s Transport for several years now. The guys in the office while placing the order are great and very easy to deal with. Products get delivered in a reasonable time frame. The truck drivers are phenomenal and do a fantastic job each and every time. Have, and would absolutely recommend.
I understand the nature of the business, but why the customer service has to be so terrible. This was my first experience with a repo and this place is way out in the country, and Google Maps, doesn't list the place properly. In addition, I called ahead and was told, I had the wrong number and hung up on. And when I arrived to what I thought was the correct place, I received a Cold Reception and told I was at the wrong place. AND they never told me, the place I was looking for was the yard (which is renting from Jackie Transport) So, I was confused on where to go, but yes, O end up finding the right place. And now that The owners of Jackie's Transport has responded back, you have still proven my point. Jackies Transport does not have good customer service and my experience still was with Jackie Transport. I wish there was a zero stars. But on a good note, I selected the one star, because there was one good thing. The gentleman that's in the yard. He was nice and professional. But those other one's, before you get to him, are nasty and unprofessional. As a professional courtesy, and since the repo company is renting space from you and at your location, what does it hurt, to simply say your looking for the yard next door. Best regards,
