I love this place! I've been coming here for a looooong time. Bridesmaids alterations, making regular clothes petite, repairing items - you name it and Polina will do a wonderful job. I've never had a negative thing to say and she's sooooo friendly as well. I liked her from day one! She also builds a relationship with her clients intentionally. I can't imagine anyone thinking she's rude. Love this place and will always come back for anything I need done!

I truly appreciate the quality work performed by this business. They have offered even better solutions to repair my items than I had thought of. Reasonable pricing, friendly staff, and if you are really in a rush to have an item altered, they go above and beyond to meet their customer requests. Very well done World Custom Alterations Team!!!!
Polina made a dream of mine come true for my wedding day. She was able to customize and remake my moms wedding dress for my own wedding. I would 100% recommend polina and all of her workers! Thank you so much!
The owner Polina needs to learn to use more polite words to customer's....she has a mouth on her!! Very rude!! How dare you talk so rude to me , I don't care how good her work is, will not be back!! also her prices are outrageous, you need to pay before leaving your clothes. Rip off!
