Grateful for such quality service on a chilly, winter season! Many Thanks to Shawn (Service Manager) for going above and beyond, coming out twice in fixing my furnace. Our furnace motherboard was broken down this part was sold out everywhere in the whole puget sound area. Thanks to Shawn - in getting the part within 24 hrs! HE is amazing! Shawn resolved my furnace issue quickly and the cost was reasonable. Not only fixing but Shawn took his time to explain to me (what and why) he was doing the steps he took to repair the unit. Shared expert advices on how to maintain my furnace unit. I definitely recommend Northwest Expert Heating & Cooling to my friends and family.

Within a couple hours of placing an emergency call that my furnace has gone out and the house wreaked of burnt smell, northwest was quick to dispatch Jessie who was on time. Given it inclement weather and that it inside temp was quickly dropping, this was critical to us. Jessie arrived and was super friendly and professional! He was quick to diagnose my issue and got my furnace up and running in no time. I could tell from our discussion that he had expert knowledge and decades of experience in these systems. No wonder so many customers Northwest and Jessie himself so highly! It’s difficult to find such honest and trustworthy folks these days! Top notch service from an extremely capable expert technician! Would recommend Northwest and Jessie and plan on using them moving forward!

* updating this review. They did come back and follow through so that the furnace is working. Also changed the drain line to a simpler more professional set up that is better. The heavy snow we had during this time was undoubtedly a factor in the problems. Unfortunately our old heater went out on the coldest days of the year. This company installed a new furnace that doesn't work. A technician has been back 4 times already. Each time it works for a bit then stops working again. They also don't seem to have any working idea for draining the condensation it produces. They rigged a pump with plastic tubing that doesn't work. Never seen such a set up before. They say they'll TRY to come back at some unspecified time. In the meantime it's cold.

If anyone is interested in heating venting and air conditioning for their home (HVAC) please consider Northwest Expert Heating and Cooling. They installed top of the line Trane equipment for us at great price, Nichole and I are grateful to Richard Scott and Eddie Demchuck for keeping us cool and comfortable this summer and beyond. The energy savings from the heat pump system will pay for itself in the years to come and we'll stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter, hard to beat that. They're a local family-run business and provided us with professional service from the estimate, to the install and processing of the rebate. I don't receive any kickbacks or discounts for this, just an honest opinion from a happy customer.
