I've had a storage unit from here for roughly 2 years. The units were clean, people were friendly and the units are easily accessible. Aimee was absolutely amazing! Always waving to me as I was coming or leaving the storage facility, and even came to great me and tell me personally how much she appreciated my business. Unfortunately I ended up moving and no longer need the storage unit, but I HIGHLY recommend working with them. They are a top notch company with great morals and respect.

I was renting a storage unit at this location for a handful of months. During the same time, I went through the hardest times of my life and Amy was an absolute angel. She always reached out to make sure I was okay if I was running late on a payment and never made me feel like a burden. She made my life easier and kept me stress free when it came to renting from here. I’m very thankful for her amazing compassion, kindness and care for others. She works very hard and now is someone I will forever be thankful for, even as I move out of my storage unit. Thank you Amy a million times over and NW Self Storage for being such an amazing company. God bless you all. Through everything I’ve had thrown at me, your company never ceased to amaze me and show me understanding. I will forever recommend this place.
Nice, clean place. I just rented a second storage locker today, and she walked me right through it. Done in minutes.
