The staff themselves were good and I didn't wait long at all. However, if you are like me and don't have insurance because you can't afford it, I DO NOT recommend them at all. They charge you a 250 deposit up front and when they took me back all they literally told me was I should go on birth control. I had been having very painful and irregular periods and ovarian cancer runs in my family so I was concerned. But I had literally just paid them 250 to tell me I need birth control. They didn't even give me it themselves, I have to go to another facility and pay another X amount. They didn't even check me or ran tests or anything. Just took my money, had me go in the room for 5 minutes and told me I should go on birth control. Like seriously? For that price I should have been given birth control by them at the very least! If I can't afford health insurance the hell makes you think I could afford 250? It's ridiculous!

I’ve been here several times, for myself and for my son. The wait is almost always very short. The staff is nice and the doctor that’s usually there is thorough. You can tell that she cares about her patient’s concerns. I’m actually surprised to see so many negative reviews

Each time I go into the walk in, I hate when the lady working at the desk, with the brown hair and glasses takes me. She is so rude, and unemphatic to my needs. She should work somewhere that does not involve working with customers.

I took my child here recently to clarify if they were having an allergic reaction or hand foot mouth. The provider we saw told me that it was neither of those and that it was Strep or Covid. I told them I disagreed but was willing to test them for both to rule them out. BOTH came back negative and the provider told me that if I wanted more answers I would need to follow up with the pcp or an allergist as he could not give me a diagnosis. The front staff were also extremely rude to any patients that arrived before 8am and refused to answer the phones until it was "8am on the dot" -overall it was a very unsettling experience.

My three year old daughter had a fever at home of 101 and has stomach pains. My husband and I checked our own temps before leaving and we were both normal. We get to the immediate care in McHenry and are told her temp is 98. All of the questions we have are brushed off and nothing is resolved. We get back home and yes, her temp is still 101. Going here was a waste of time and money.

Far from caring or compassionate people. Wait time exceeded 2 1/2 hours to be seen.

505 for 5 minutes talking with the doctor basically being told to go to the ER this is WITH insurance. Their accounting department has had them on the verge of bankruptcy for years now so they've been passing that on to the patient trying to stay afloat. don't go to this Hospital Network staff is pretty good but not worth the price you pay for the service you get.
