Beware - Not professional After doing business with dry dock over the years we were happy to have them fix and move our boat. Once job was complete and settled the owner sent an additional bill in the mail. These additional fees were not agreed upon. We called and tried to come to an agreement. Instead of acting like professionals they have been sending the bill in unmarked envelopes week after week. Even after trying to resolve this like adults they continue to send the bills through the mail. This is how they treat their customers. Use a different, more reputable service.

Chuck was an absolute pleasure to work with. Bought a Lund Alaskan 1800 about a month ago from Norton’s Dry Dock. The boat is awesome but working with Chuck and his team was great. They were not pushy at all. Answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about the boats along with the accessories that go with boats. Purchase was nice and easy. Stefan was great going over the boat and taking us out on the boat for the first time. Sue was also great getting all of our information and paperwork taken care of. The community of the Green Lake area is lucky to have such a wonderful group of people owning/running Norton’s Dry Dock. Will continue to do business with them.
