I’m disappointed of the Norwell South Shore Bank Branch, this has happened twice now. I went to the branch asking for help acquiring a document that has to do with my account, proof of deposits were put in my account. It all started great, one of the tellers seem to be very friendly and helpful, but then time came to get the document I was told they couldn’t look up my personal bank information on their computer and had to go do it my self..... well, this was NOT true, after I left there I went to the Pembroke Branch and the teller not only printed two months of what I needed, but also printed and extra document just in case I needed that too.. this also happened last summer, I left Norwell branch went to Weymouth branch and they did what I needed to be done in minutes.... I will definitely be switching my everyday banking needs to a different branch... most tellers at Norwell Branch , are very friendly but when it comes to doing some elbow work they tell you to go do it yourself.... is not true... thank you Pembroke South Shore Bank for your help, I had what I needed in minutes. .....

We have a few business accounts here. While I do all of my personal banking at one of the \big guys\, I am seriously thinking of switching here because of the service. Jessica at the counter has continually been extremely helpful. The second time I came in for service (at least six months after opening the account), she remembered my name and welcomed me. Our business will continue to bank here.
