I went in for a sticker and it was rejected for safety. The mechanic explained the details how the problem will effect the car. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He fit me in right away and price was reasonable. Thank you Norwest I am driving safely.

I had a strange looking nail stuck in the side of my tire and needed another tire ( preferably used) on my car ASAP because I was working n this was lunchtime.They were there for me without question or delay. Took out whatever that was ( see the picture)n didn't even need another tire. Because the nail didn't puncture the inner tire. These people are honest and reliable and are there to help. If you need an honest reliable automotive place. Northwest automotive in Somerset is the place. Thank you Billy, Bobby, and all the other mechanics working there.

Only needed sticker, 2 yrs.but I inferred from some conversations I overheard that this is most likely an honest place to do business. A couple of yrs previously, I had to remove the tint from my FL car to conform w MA.standards. The young man I was talking with said it wasn't hard, I could do it myself but he'd do it for 15. That seemed very fair so he did. What did I know about that process? Zip. So he could've ripped me off easily, chg'd me 50, I wouldn't have had a clue. But he didn't. Getting the windows tinted when I moved to FL.wasn't cheap so I was surprised it was so easy to remove. My car is covered for 100,000 mi.so it's not likely I'd need a mechanic soon. If I did, I'd chk w this garage first. Good impression.
