My experience with Dexter's was fantastic from start to finish. I ordered a long lead time safe, Zach went out of his way to move orders around, consolidate orders to get my safe a soon as possible. Communication was top notch, from the day I placed the order Zack called me to let me know about the leads times etc... He continued to call every few weeks to update me on the status and expected eta. The installation of the safe was truly professional, these guys know how to get a 1000lb safe into a house safely with out damaging surrounding finishes. Any future safe needs I will only purchase from Dexter's, they have gained a life long customer due too awesome communication, very down to earth and professional installation methods.

i just wante to say it was a very bright spot in what has been a dark time in my life working with dexsters. i had my uncle who was like a dad to me pass away unexpectedly. We need to get into a safe that had alot of paperwork we need for his assestes. We had called multiple people and were quoted more than what the safe was worth. After speaking with ZACH (ZAKE) he was able to help with everything over the phone. I just ordered another fat boy jr. from Dexters and am glad I did. I spoke with Zach who was extremely helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. The original fatboy I have was bought in 2017 and was curious if the new ones are the same model, color, etc. Zach was incredible! He let me send photos of my original to make sure the new one I ordered was a match. He looked at the photos and confirmed I would be getting the same one. Finally, I really enjoyed Zach's honesty. He informed me of the huge back log of of safes and let me know that delivey wouldn't be for for a couple of months. Zach was never pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. To sum it up, its been a great experience. I'll follow up with another post when I receive the safe, I'm sure it will be an extremely positive one. If you're looking to buy a new safe, Dexters is the place to go.
