I’m a single mom to a 7 yr old boy who has no father figure to learn from. He has been learning wrestling here for several months now. It wasn’t easy in the beginning, there were a lot of tears and “I want to quit, it’s too hard” but myself and the coaches pushed him to keep learning. We have days where he doesn’t wanna go still but Knowing what a great sport wrestling is I refuse to let him quit plus once he’s there he does well and ends up having fun! The coaches are amazing. They are great with all the kids.... they push them hard and encourage them to not give up. They are wonderful at giving pep talks when a kid gets upset and getting them back to wrestling in no time at all. I know my son really looks up to his coaches and love that he’s able to have good male role models in his life that will teach him persistence, hard work and the value of being part of a team. I’d give them 10 stars ️ if I could!! Deff worth every penny.

I've been attending Strikezone for almost a year now and it has turned my idea on what a martial arts gym is supposed to be like on its head. I have attended several traditional martial art academies growing up but this is far and away the most I have ever learned in such a short amount of time. This a great place for beginners or for karate students who want to take there training to another level entirely. I can't recommend it enough.
Great family environment and friendly atmosphere. Perfect place for anyone to get in shape, learn self defense or begin their journey to become a professional fighter.
My boys are #TSZ youth wrestlers. Strike Zone is more than a gym... it's more like a family. I recommend Strike Zone MMA 100%.
Awesome place to learn, train, and workout. Coaches are great, and the atmosphere is welcoming regardless of skill level.
