Awful company. Ordered the parts for my pump on my carpet cleaning machine and haven't gotten the parts. They charged me and never sent the parts at all. They my company is out of business until these parts show up. I truly regret doing business with them. The person who told me to use this company has been informed of wahy happened. They also will never do business with them anymore. Use a different Avenue, do not use this company.

I went 2 hours away to buy a 12gpm/3,000psi machine in Lancaster. No idea this place was even in delco. I was talking to a buddy of mine who told me about ETS. They were 20min away. I went today to pick up a whip line, lance, some fittings etc. Small odds and ends. I dont know the guys name. Older guy. Said he has been there since he was like 15. He knew his stuff. Helped me alot. Great small family business. I will be going there from here on out. The free education alone, from talking to him. Is worth it.

Buyer beware. I placed my order (Order # 29822) on 5/26/19 and received a confirmation email that day and have not heard anything since. My charge card was charged on 5/27/19. I sent a request for tracking information on 6/1/2019 and never received a reply. Today is 6/10/2019 and still no order information or delivery. I can not recommend this company.
