Great experience every time I go there which I’m usually always in a time crunch or some sort of jam. My AC unit is very old and the exact replacement fan was a week away but they got me a compatible one that worked perfect but I had to update to an additional capacitor which they walked me right through with a wiring schematic and even with the added capacitor they saved me about 100. All sales people are great! A

Had a hiccup on buying a Milwaukee band saw with placing a will call order. When I showed up, they couldn’t find my order due to a mixup from the call center. However, the manager of this location, Patricia and Blonde hair gentleman (Sorry, didn’t get name) went above and beyond with what should have just been a regular transaction and smoothed everything out beyond what should have been expected. Haven’t had a an experience like that with a distributor ever and I commend Grainger for employing such fantastic people!
