I was originally referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth extracted. This place is phenomenal, I stopped brushing my teeth just so I could see them again. Love this place.

I would not refer this office They billed the insurance company and when denied for the medical records they turned around and just billed me. I called the insurance company to find out why the claim denied and was informed they needed the corrected claim filed with the medical records. I emailed and called the office and asked them to file a corrected claim with the records. The claim denied again as they again did not send in the records. I received a bill last week for an additional 70.00 as they billed for a steroid shot that was not covered by the insurance which they knew and never told me also never told me they were doing this shot and are now threatening to send to their attorney office for collections. This office does not care about customer service as they basically only see patients once and so they do nothing to assist a patient with insurance payments. My mother works for MedStar billing and they never bill a patient without first fighting the insurance company for payments. I will be letting my dentist office know how they work and hopefully they will not refer to them as well as I am letting my orthodontist office aware. They receive their business from referrals. I have also called the dental network and reported them there as well. They do not need to work or referral their members to such places as this one.

Listen, this office is absolutely amazing!! Dr. Keegan and his entire staff were nothing short of pure perfection and professional. the front desk person was very friendly and caring about the patients. My 9 year old came out of oral surgery the champion that i know he is thanks to these fine people. He said it did not hurt at all and they assured me that they would take great care of him , and they DELIVERED that superior service as promised. For those reviews that are not glowing, could it be that you guys were already having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone, cause i can see that happening, but please do not assassinate the character of these very fine people. Learn to deal with your emotions appropriately, and not blame or slander others for your circumstances/problems. Oh, and by the way, there is nothing dirty about this office, it is very clean , organized, and friendly, and they are about their business. if only they could fix bad attitudes like they can fix bad teeth. Thank you to everyone at this office, you guys are AMAZING !!! and i will shout that from a roof top!!!!

Horrible. Had a 10:45 appointment, was advised doctor was running late and asked if I wanted to stay, I did. 30 plus minutes later I was told he was not coming and they could get me in at 8am the next day. I asked if I could come 8:15-8:20 as 8 is not possible for me I was told no and no appointment was available until over a week later. I drove 40 minutes and waited over 30 wasting my whole morning. Terrible and unprofessional
