Call ahead. Given time of 12:00. 2:06 and still waiting. 13 year old can't even see out of her eye. Never again. Medford worth every mile.

Great nurses. Always friendly and kind. Doctor was great and explained everything. The front desk lady is very sweet. Always liked her. We went on a Sunday. They were busy but got us in pretty fast.

I can't remember the last time I felt this comfortable in a medical setting. The three people I interacted with were very friendly and kind. Easy to talk to. Nice to have a place that is not part of the Skylakes monopoly.

We came in last minute due to a slight emergency.. The front desk had to stay later than 7 and she was still super nice, the nurse was amazing, and the doctor we saw was great and very comforting and helpful. It was a wonderful experience even though we weren't there for a pleasant situation.
