I emailed them using my patient portal for a very serious matter while I was pregnant. Two days later I called because my email went unanswered. No one could help me. The following week I literally called 6 times in one day and couldn't speak with anybody until 4:45 and all I got was they'll send the message. I waited over a week for that? I'm switching my doctor office because they obviously could care less about my health while pregnant! Please find a different office! Also the nurse that answer your emails and do the nurse call backs is the absolute WORST!!!

Very lucky I couldn't give a no stars, drove 45 minutes to get there and they found an excuse not to help me. So it's my turn and suddenly they can't help me because no doctors work there only nurses, what the hell kind of place doesn't have doctors you're an obgyn not planned parenthood. Also why are there people coming out speaking to patients dressed like PA and doctors, I understand if you don't have the equipment but there is no way there only a nurse there who can't help anyone. Rachel then refused to move my referal to another location and after arguing with everyone she agreed to send the referal to where it needs to go. 4 days later still no referal, on top of that she was disrespectful saying \oh it's not like you're running around with cancer\ no but I've had these pre cancerous cells for months and have been in non stop pain and continuous hospital visits for the last 6 month's just because you're too lazy to do your job does't not mean you get to make the care I need less important because transferring my referal takes a little extra time out of your day. Ridiculous.
