Went in here for a problem with sensitive tooth. The Doctor had no idea of what he was doing. He performed a cold test on my crown instead of the real tooth. The nurse pointed this out and he laughed it off. He was insensitive to what I was telling him. They also charged me a COVID fee, which I had to pay out of pocket. When I contacted my insurance company, they told me that my visit was fully covered and I didn't have to pay anything. They charged me this fee twice and when I contacted them regarding this, they refused to accept their mistake, but, when I persisted they told me they will send a check. But I have not yet received anything. They also told me to schedule cleaning because my insurance covers it. My mouth is anyways clean why would I come back in this COVID situation because my insurance covers it? I would only go here if you want some cleaning done. For any advanced problems I would look to other doctors. They must also make sure their billing is clean.

I would not go anywhere else. Kris is kind and compassionate...I called them at 8 am and I was in their office at 10:30am. Dr Sieu is knowledgeable and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else!

Covid 19 2020...my 12 year old crown came off, Just my luck. Sadly I have not been to my dentist in 2 years....Totally my bad. I would not go anywhere else.
