I’ve been working with Patty Breidenstein to update fabrics for our whole home; curtains, roman shades, pillows, slip covers and duvet covers. Patty has understood the look I’ve wanted from the first pillow purchase, sometimes even better than I have. There is no way I could have gone on the renovation journey without her help......she is absolutely fantastic!!
They deserve -0 was just here 11:40 am and I came with my mother to find fabric for 10 cahors chairs , but while we were there not one, not one of the ladies asked us if we need help, not one even bothered to address us when we came in, that is just rude and in no way will you get anyone wanting to come back and all that does is turn away customers. One was on the phone while the others saw us, but instead carry on a none working conversation and gave us the glare amd stink eye. Well definitely not recommending this place to anyone untill customer service attitudes change here, doubt they will..... and also not a selection at all, so we will go and take our else where seeing as your people do not want to service customers.A horribl impression to first time customers and deserve a zero, and another for hospitality and effort towards customers.
Was excited to go into this shop today but quickly became disappointed as I waited 15 minutes and not once did someone say hello or offer to assist. I finally asked someone \do I need to make an appointment to receive service?\ She said she'd call someone for me...but even when they came out, they ignored me and my mom. I decided to leave but may go back again if different people are working.
