Love the personnel that works at the Novi Hapopian location. Dome is so wonderful to work with. He's responsive, friendly and makes sure that the customer comes first. Thanks for a great experience and my 25 year old rugs look brand new!

We've worked with Hagopian in the past for upholstery and carpet cleaning, which they have always done a good job. We are currently working with them to have a carpet runner installed on our staircase and it has been a horrible experience. Our install was scheduled for 2 weeks later than our quoted date, the carpet for our landing was fabricated incorrectly (and had to be secured with masking tape until they could fix it) and we are still having an issue with the binding peeling up. We ordered our carpet November 14th and were told it would be 2-3 weeks. It's January 8th and we are still dealing with this to get it installed correctly. Every time we call to discuss an issue, they seem annoyed to be answering our calls. We rarely get an apology or a sense of urgency to correct the situation. I would not recommend them.

A hug selection of rugs from all over the world! Ask for saleswoman, Patty Shepard, who will patiently help you through the selection process. Then, she will work through installation and delivery issues with impeccable detail. I love all my new rugs and carpeting!!

Patty was very nice to work with. Gave us our space to think about what we we're looking for & some suggestions & tips...And let us bring two rugs home to look at with our furniture. This location is quite a distance if you live close to Detroit. Did not enjoy driving out to Novi for our rugs. I wish they would have kept their 8 mile in Royal Oak operation Operational with the sale of their rugs..We get our rugs cleaned there & have been for over 23yrs. Selection of rugs where good.
