Thank you to Michigan CAT and especially Mark Moran for helping us with the purchase of our new 299D3 and all our new attachments this is going to help us so much in the field. Mark also sent out a technician to go over the machine with us and how to operate it safely and efficiently. He made this process very easy and was always there to help in anyway. Very knowledgeable staff answered my questions very well and explained a few things to help with my repair. It's worth maybe the few extra dollars to get the genuine parts and not have to go back and forth trying to get the one you need. Just go to cat and get it right the first time!
Spent a whole week calling them about a skidsteer I was interested in, they told me it was pending from the first day, then told me customer decided not to sell it. Then they told me I have a chance to buy the skidsteer. I had hope and then later next week they told me the first person is buying the skidsteer. Not serious at all.
