Office staff asked if my son had been seen by another dr which he had but not for this complaint(wrist pain from car accident). She immediately said this was a third opinion and would have to consult with Dr G. She called back and said we don’t do third opinions. Tried explaining this pain has never been addressed and we wanted a wrist specialist to address it. Office staff were unwilling to listen once they had made up their mind of third opinion. This practice has zero compassion for potential patients. Would definitely look elsewhere if you want compassionate care.
