This man is your one stop shop for Everything Embroidery! He didn't even charge me a set up fee or set a minimum. Also he beat all other bids.
Dishonest !!!!!!! We dropped off 15 parts to be embroidered, and 2 extra just incase the machine messed up on one or two. They embroidered all 17, and billed us for them. the problem is we only need 15 because our order is for 15 NOT 17. They would not budge and forced us to pay for all 17. Poor business service, didn't even call to say it was ready for pick up, and we have a deadline to meet. They don't even speak english well. We have used them for over 2 years but we will not use them anymore. They lost a client over less then 50, they are pathetic businessmen.
