Last Friday at 4:30pm, all five phones in our office suddenly started to ring and without stopping. Every time we tried to reject a call there would be 4-5 more calls coming in right behind it--it was awful! I called NTouch and they identified the issue as a sipvicious attack. Richard and Dan stayed on the phone with me troubleshooting until 6:30pm (on Friday!), and the next day they brought over a new phone which fixed our issue.The care this company takes to stick up for their clients is far beyond what I've ever experienced with a data provider, and they are never too busy to take our call. We're lucky to have found NTouchTel and appreciate all they do to keep our business running!
