Everything went as planned. I dropped off the items and received an email the next day to let me know the items were ready for pickup. Smooth and effortless.....
Wish I could give it less than one star, lady was rude and unprofessional and did not help with the problem that they held my Jacket that I needed for a important trip. It has been four days and she did not offer a solution and instead hung up on me. Do not come here, they are rude and unwilling to help a customer that need their jacket ASAP.
Great customer service! Could work on understanding different levels of starch for shirts.
