We recently ordered new scales from Atlantic. During the installation we had some issues with our internal software that interfaces with the scale. I emailed Jack about it and asked if he could assist us. He was at our site a few days later. After 3 hours, I'm happy to say Jack and someone from an internal team were able to adjust the settings. Jack is a great assist to the Atlantic Scale Company.
