Bought a pool here recently. Great people and great prices. One of the only pool places that actually has an inventory of pools in stock. Mauro was very helpful, and even helped us with filling out our pool permit.

Most times this is a stressful purchase. I had a ton of questions and because of the questions I asked they asked me questions as well. It wasn't just a sale it became a consolation which made my purchase so much easier. I give these guys a big thumbs up they took the stress away from my purchase.
Buying a pool from this company was a nightmare from start to finish. We bought the pool in April and expected it to be a short while before it gets built, but it ended up taking almost 4 months. We called DAILY and left several emails with questions about the dates for the pool installation and no one ever returns calls nor emails. The customer service team is absolutely terrible. My moms card was charged several times by this company when it was only supposed to be charged once. If you thought it couldn’t get worse- it does. 4 months later after purchasing the pool, it finally gets constructed..BUT that same exact day before anyone was able to even enjoy the pool, there was a puddle of water next to the pool due to a leak. The pool wasn’t even filled half way at this point. 4 men put the pool together and not one was able to see a tear in the liner? In rage, we email the customer service team telling them the problem (no one answers the phone of course) and they reply the next day telling us that we have the option to BUY a new liner even though it has warranty BUT we would have to wait another week for it to be installed. The service overall was terrible and it’s obvious they have no compassion for their customers. 4500 later we have a leaking pool in the backyard we waited 4 months for. absolutely terrible.
Please it’s a nice place but the Staff and the owners are horrible I bought a pool cover and they told me that it wasn’t returnable after buying it less than 24 hours they gave me the wrong size whatever happened to customers are always right they didn’t want to help me don’t go there other the pool eyes on Amazon cheaper than I am and returnable try to support local local small business and this is how they treat people
