It's my everyday station. I never had any issues with the J train. During rush hour the train is very crowded but I guess that's normal for NYC! Staff is nice and always smiles whenever I enter.
This is the station you end up at when you get on the canal JZ going in the wrong direction.
Make it nicer!! Very busy one, invest something in making it more welcoming. Its been a while since I took the subway. Another while will go till I use it again.
Visiting New York my first time, when entering into the subway platform, it looked exactly like I would have described a New York City subway station given everything I've seen in movies etc.
