I showed up late ( I know I’m the worst ) but everyone was so calm I didn’t feel rushed AT ALL. Honestly this was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Everyone was knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable - can’t wait for all the facials & treatments to come - especially now that I’ve found the best place to get them! IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!! I guess this is long overdue since I've been going to Bella Tu for about 10 years. They're wonderful, kind and very professional! Margaret has the best bedside manner! She listens and only recommends treatments that she feels would really benefit you. In other words, she doesn't hard sell their services for the sake of... She's been excellent at treating my skin conditions throughout the years and has the lightest hands. Kim and Nellie are the best, making you feel welcome and cared for from the moment you walk in. My cousin (who's been their client longer than I have) and I both trust Bella Tu for our skin care.
I was very hesitant to go to a spa as I never had any work done before. I went in thinking I would just have a consult, but I was so at ease with the staff. Lisa is amazing at the front desk and Jordon was very patient and so very sweet and excellent at what she does. The Spa is extremely clean and take ever precaution they can for COVID. Definitely 5 stars.
