Called them about four times today to ask for the price of a treatment, the receptionist said she will have somebody call me in a few minutes. Waited 3 hours and called back 2 times she asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. Finally called the last time and spoke to the person in-charge and she told me that they had texted me the info, never recieved a text or a call back, I even confirmed my number but they couldn't answer a \simple\ question and tell me the price! The lady on the phone was extremely rude and said she can't answer my questions. Extremely disappointed! If they are not willing to take customers they should just say it right away and not waste my time.

I have been going to the Spa for several years now and have always had a wonderful experience. Judi and Joanna are gifted and talented aesthetician! They are wonderfully kind and considerate and always professional. I would not trust my face in anyone else hands! The Spa is always up on the most current technology and services. You will see results with what ever treatment you have. My most resent treatment was the NEW Cryo touch Coollift, OMG! Not only did I see the result right after the treatment the next morning my face looks Hydrated, smooth and I have a healthy glow! The treatment was quick, painfree and quiet compared to the other Coollift. I look forward to my future Cryo touch Coollift! Lazur La Vie Laser Spa is the place to go to look better and feel better about yourself!
Lazur LA Vie has an amazing and very knowledgeable staff. They are extremely helpful and kind. The spa is clean and has a warm and comforting feeling. I have never been disappointed with the service I received. They are prompt, as they know your time is valuable. They have so many products in the spa, but are not pushy about getting you to buy them. I'm glad I stopped in Lazur LA Vie years ago.
My wife bought me a laser hair removal package as a gift for increasingly dense hair appearing on my back which I found very annoying. It wasn't cheap but IT WORKED! I went in for several sessions over a period of months. Its working as least as effectively as Joanna predicted. Every visit was another opportunity for the staff to make me feel like a valued VIP client by welcoming me to ensure I was always comfortable. Joanna has demonstrated her extremely high level of expertise and professionalism at every turn. Joanna really knows what she is doing. She makes sure I feel welcome. I know she always provides me with her full attention and focus. Joanna always explains everything about the equipment, how she utilizes it, what it does and what to expect. I have never engaged services like this before but I can't imagine receiving better service or achieving better results. Next, I'm getting the hair done that I'm beginning to see growing in my ears. I want Joanna to get my ears done because I simply can't tolerate the fuzzy hair growth some people have coming out of their ears. Since she makes me so comfortable imbuing me with full confidence, I've decided to go for it.
This place is amazing and Joanna, Farrah and Judy are the best! Joanna is amazing and always takes care of me very well and she makes me feel so comfortable. She has so much knowledge about the products and all the services they provide. I highly recommend Lazur.
