Never, never, never work with this company.I was rear ended by one of their clients on 9/10/19 when I was stopped behind the redlight. My wife got injured and was taken to hospital. It is now 2021 and they haven't paid my medical bills. They don't answer emails, letters and calls. They have recently put my number on their answering machine. Never even think about working with them.

On November 26, 2019, one of Falcon Insurance's clients slid off of the main road and slammed through my iron fence causing a lot of damage on both sides of my driveway. I filed a claim with his insurance, Falcon Insurance and got nowhere with them. They kept insisting that they could not get in contact with the insured for their statement. This went on for almost six months. The man driving the truck admitted he was driving too fast on the wet road and said it was his fault to the police officers on scene, which was written into the police report. His mother even came to the scene and kept telling me \we have insurance and they will pay you\. She was wrong. On April 6, 2020 I received a letter from them stating that our loss has been abated at this time, basically saying they will not pay for their client's at fault accident because their client would not give a statement. I had to file on my homeowners insurance to get my fence repaired. This company is not a legitimate insurance agency. If you want to get your client's attention, send them a certified letter! If they sign for it and don't contact the agency, they're at fault, period! It's obviously their client's fault, my fence didn't jump out into the road and cause the accident! Uninsured motorists and people that don't respond to their agency for statements should not be able to renew their registration or their drivers licenses (if they have one) until they take responsibilities for their actions! This is why insurance is so high. Unbelievable. I hope that my insurance files a subrogation lawsuit against them to get them to pay what they owe. Zero stars!
They never answer their phones, their process of handling rental reimbursement is horrible even when they’re at fault. Worst experience ever!!
I would give zero stars. It’s been four month since their insured driver hit my car. They have not followed up. They do not return calls. They do not want to resolve any issues. They leave you on hold for nearly an hour each time. They argue with you. They are rude. They are not polite. They lie. They. Do. Not. Care. They have been reported to SEVERAL state Insurance Commissioners. They are scam artists.
