I've had a positive experience with LaSalle Network. My recruiter was Haley and she was great!! I had a work assignment through them and the company I worked for hired me on after 5-6 months of me being a contractor. LaSalle Network is really quick with finding you a position. I would definitely recommend LaSalle Network!!

Ana is wonderful and she is always checking on me. I got hired permanently after 5 months.

I would not recommend working with LaSalle Network. I connected with Haley who asked me to change my resume and then never followed back up with me despite my reaching out to her multiple times. It felt unprofessional and a waste of time. You’re better off applying for positions with companies directly rather than dealing with head hunters like LaSalle Network.

Waste of time! Applied for a human resources assistant position with LaSalle. On the day of the interview they called to confirm that I was coming in to interview. Was told to bring my resume and come prepared for an interview. Talked to two recruiters - after talking to the first one I had a good feeling, only for the second recruiter to come in and tell me the position I had applied for had been filled earlier that morning, but that she could place me in another position she was working on (with another company). During the first half they specifically told me that they would tell me all about LaSalle and positions they had availability WITH LASALLE, only for them to come back and tell me they didn’t have anything. Definitely seemed like a scam to get new clients rather than to find new hires. Now they have my information and I have no idea what they’re doing with it, and I still don’t have a job! Huge waste of my time and I’m surprised that a company who brags about being so highly rated as a good place to work can get away with such shady practices like this.

It was a while a go but they lied and said they had a full time direct hire opportunity to lure me in. I had to drive 20 miles each way in traffic on a Friday afternoon and when I got there it was the typical staffing agency soft interview with no mention of the alleged position I came for. I never heard from them again. I would not waste my time with this unethical company.
