I had an excellent experience at this gym. The gym-goers are diverse, of all backgrounds, ages, and (dis)abilities and the staff make you feel at home. It's clean, and I love the pool facility hot tub! Locker rooms/bathrooms are also modern and updated with hair dryers and all. Shoutout to Ryan H. who especially helped organize my unique membership needs and was always super helpful, friendly, and professional. Thanks!

Great place for kids under 6 years old. I have an 18 month old toddler. Lots of things for her to do. Slides and squirty things. Inside and outside play. MOST parents were watching their children. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, when you walk into the zero-depth area of the outdoor pool, it is quite slippery. I saw at least 10 kids wipeout. It probably could use a little scrubbing while in service. I assume it's probably sunscreen or something. But still quite slippery for the kids. The good news is, the baby did not want to go home. Great fun play.

Our family has been going to the obpd for 15 years now. I’ve been to other higher end gyms that offer more things but we like this location Bc of convenience of location and they offer everything basic you would need in a gym. They have definitely improved overall in the past few years. However sometimes I’m disappointed in customer service and talking to customers, they can definitely be trained more on that. Also wish they have more flexibility on bringing in guests that don’t live in oakbrook or that don’t have memberships in general. Overall it’s a good gym that is clean and i can tell they are definitely making improvements

Worked out at a lot of places...this gym is hands down the most welcoming, non-intimidating/ family atmosphere. Definitely will change your life for the better
